We are looking for a Sales Consultant in Recruitment Engineering (m/w/d)

Your typical day includes:

  • Attracting new customers and creating opportunities. You're in your element when it comes to sales and networking. The thrill of attracting new customers and securing assignments is what drives you.
  • Working with a talent-driven approach, constantly on the lookout for new opportunities.
  • Regular attendance at networking events and expert group meetings to expand your relationship network.
  • Identifying trends in the engineering market and understanding the critical questions clients face.
  • Diving deep into the customer's business, thinking proactively about talent opportunities, and offering the right Randstad Professionals services.
  • Supporting talents and peers, understanding what drives them and advising on their personal development within the engineering field.
  • Playing a crucial role in the smooth running of the HR cycle, ensuring that everyone you work with feels supported and valued.

  • Qualifications

    What we ask for:


    • You have a university degree, ideally in business/commercial area.
    • You have relevant work experience within recruitment and selection.
    • A network in the fields of engineering, real estate, or construction is a strong advantage.
    • You speak fluent English and French.
    • As a natural networker, you connect (potential) clients and professionals with ease.
    • You are a charismatic discussion partner with a customer-oriented attitude.
    • Driven by sales and results, you know how to successfully enter and thrive in a specific market.
    • You are highly communicative, with strong influencing and presentation skills.
