Your Role
- Lead corporate safety management as the designated Safety Manager.
- Expand the existing Safety Management System (SMS) to a group-wide framework.
- Manage the Pilatus Safety Board and address SMS-related safety issues.
- Conduct safety investigations, error assessments, and risk analyses.
- Perform internal and external audits, deliver SMS training, and drive awareness campaigns.
- Prepare safety reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure SMS compliance.
Your Profile
- Technical training with subsequent qualifications as a technician or engineer.
- Advanced training and extensive experience in Quality & Safety Management within aviation, with solid knowledge of EASA regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong communication skills in German and English (C1 level).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, solution-oriented mindset, and pragmatic approach.
