Office Manager

Pour notre client dont le bureau principal est basé à Genève, nous recherchons un-e Office Manager confirmé-e.
Responsabilités :
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement du bureau de Genève composé d’une dizaine de collaborateurs,
- Assurer le support administratif et opérationnel de la direction : préparer les voyages, les comptes rendus et autres rapports d’activités, contrôler les agendas, suivre les projets en cours, tenir les budgets, être le point de contact principal pour la gestion des biens immobiliers, organiser la soirée du personnel une fois par an, etc.
- Traiter les urgences et les imprévus avec autonomie et rigueur,
- Gérer les commandes de matériel et la logistique organisationnelle du bureau,
- Organiser et suivre les interventions techniques des prestataires externes et se rapprocher de la régie si besoin,
- Coordonner les équipes à l’international et les services en interne pour assurer une meilleure cohésion et effectuer un suivi des activités à la direction,
- Gérer le support RH localement : participation aux recrutements locaux, suivi du cycle de vie des collaborateurs, onboarding et partie contractuelle en lien avec le service juridique,
- Assurer une communication ciblée et précise aux décisionnaires en anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
Profil :
- Formation de type CFC Employé de Commerce, certificat RH un plus,
- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans un rôle très polyvalent de soutien avec de larges responsabilités alliant support administratif multiple et gestion simple des ressources humaines,
- Aptitude à voyager sans contrainte de façon ponctuelle (Allemagne, Turquie, Espagne, Etats-Unis),
- Expérience privilégiée dans un bureau à taille humaine avec une exposition à l’international, nécessitant un très bon niveau d’anglais (niveau C1 ou C2) et le français comme langue maternelle,
- Loyal et fédérateur avec une forte capacité à prendre des initiatives pour faire avancer les choses/projets,
- Sens des priorités et du détail, excellente organisation et indépendance,
- Aisance relationnelle et forte capacité à nouer des relations professionnelles sur du long terme basées sur la confiance mutuelle,
- Ouverture d’esprit, résilience et flexibilité pour faire face du mieux possible aux changements de dernière minute,
- Résidence et expérience en Suisse impératives.
