Die Marktorganisation bedient den Schweizer Markt mit sämtlichen Produkten und Dienstleistungen der METTLER TOLEDO. Für unsere Business Area "Industrial Weighing" suchen wir für das Sales Team in der Region Bern/Westschweiz eine erfahrene und engagierte Person als Sales Representative Industry 80 – 100% (all genders).

In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Zu Ihrer Hauptaufgabe gehört die effiziente Marktbearbeitung/-penetration, die Akquisition von neuen und die Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden.
  • Sie treiben den Ausbau des Bereichs „Industrielles Wägen“ durch gezielte Akquisition von Projekten für unsere Produkte voran.
  • Sie führen Produkte-Präsentationen, Demos und Schulungen bei strategisch wichtigen Kunden durch.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Zufriedenheit der Kunden und leisten wo nötig Hilfestellung bei bereichsübergreifenden Themen.
  • Des Weiteren planen und vereinbaren Sie die Kundentermine, sichern die Offerten Erstellung und pflegen die Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System.
  • Last but not least, übernehmen Sie den technischen Applikations-Support und die Beratung.

Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Verkäufer, Ingenieur oder Chemiker mit vertieften Kenntnissen über Wäge- und Produktionsprozesse.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Verkauf von technisch anspruchsvollen Produkten aus und verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich der Lebensmittel- und/oder Pharmaindustrie sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind eine offene und dynamische Persönlichkeit, die sich im industriellen Produktionsumfeld bestens auskennt und die eine starke Affinität zu Software- und Automatisationslösungen hat.
  • Als Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden sind Sie eine dienstleistungsorientierte, dynamische und kompetente Ansprechperson.
  • Sie besitzen fliessende Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
