In this role, you will manage the entire buying process, from product selection to final negotiations, ensuring that our collections are competitive, on-trend, and delivered on time.Your Day to Day…• Develop and implement buying strategies for your assigned categories • Collaborate closely with designers, suppliers, and planners to ensure cohesive and successful collections • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competition to inform buying decisions • Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules with suppliers • Monitor the production process to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards • Lead and mentor junior buyers, providing guidance and support • Manage the buying budget and ensure profitability across all categories • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendorsWe are looking for people who…• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field• Minimum 5 years of experience in a buying role, ideally within fashion • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Excellent analytical skills and a commercial mindset • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software • High level of English proficiency • Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of trendsLocation…Our Head Office Campus is in Basel, the creative hub of Switzerland and an amazing base for easy travel across the heart of EuropeYOUR BENEFITS WITH US• Experience in a fast-growing digital environment • Young, diverse, and international team • Competitive remuneration • Transportation from home to work • Centrally located in the heart of Basel • 50% Discount on our TALLY Collection • Relocation Support if needed • 25 to 28 days of annual holidayWould you like to be a part of our fashion story and become a member of the TALLY Family?
