Für einen Energiegiganten in der Region Baden sind wir im Moment auf der Suche nach Fachkräften.

WICHTIG
Falls Sie sich bewerben, sollte Ihnen bewusst sein, dass es sich hier nicht um eine vorübergehende Stelle handelt. Wir suchen in der Prüfung Leute, die längerfristig bei uns bleiben wollen. Die Lernphase ist sehr lang und wir möchten nicht, dass die Leute nicht während oder nach der Ausbildung bereits wieder weiterziehen.

Aufgaben:
  1. Prüfung von Schaltschränken
  2. Funktionales Testen von Leistungstechnik
  3. Kundenabnahme auf Englisch
  4. Optimieren der Prozesse, Einbringen eigener Ideen
  5. Allgemeine Mithilfe in anderen Projektätigkeiten
Infos:
  1. Alle Ausrüstungen werden von ABB zur Verfügung gestellt
  2. Die Interviews finden persönlich statt
  3. Wir suchen in der Prüfung Fachleute, die LÄNGERFRISTIG bei uns bleiben wollen.
Wir erwarten:
  1. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automatiker, Elektromechaniker, Elektroniker EFZ
  2. Erfahrung im Prüffeld
  3. Weiterbildung an der TS Energietechnik erwünscht (entweder ongoing oder schon abgeschlossen)
  4. Erfahrung mit Kundenabnahmen vorteilhaft
  5. Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse zwingend
  6. Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  7. Qualitative Arbeitsweise und Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Materialien
  8. Hohe Konzentration und strikte Einhaltung der Regeln bezüglich Arbeitssicherheit
  9. Hands-on-Mentalität; Mitarbeitende packen selbst mit an und ziehen am gleichen Strang
  10. Mental und körperlich fit und munter
  11. Teamplayer und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Wir bieten:

Unsere temporären Mitarbeitenden werden wie «interne» angesehen. Dementsprechend legen wir einen grossen Wert auf eine intensive und langfristige Einarbeitung seitens Teamleiter und Vorarbeiter. Das bedeutet, dass wir immer die Option auf Verlängerung bieten. Bei sehr guten Leistungen und wenn eine Möglichkeit besteht, steht einer Festanstellung oder einer Verlängerung nichts im Wege. Sehr gute Leistungen basieren auf konzentrierter und qualitativer Arbeitsweise, was für uns sehr wichtig ist. Der Arbeitssicherheit wird auch eine grosse Bedeutung beigemessen. Die Mitarbeiter werden regelmässig geschult und persönliche Schutzausrüstung wird immer zur Verfügung gestellt. Daher erwarten wir auch eine gewisse Selbständigkeit von den Mitarbeitenden.
