Job description:
In this role you will be responsible for leading the SCM Quality team, based in Baden, Switzerland.
You will be reporting to the Global Head of SCM Quality and Compliance. Continuously improve risk-based quality processes to further increase part quality and productivity in the supply chain is one of the key challenges in this job.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading a team of quality specialists- Playing an active role in the further developing and implementing the quality strategy in supply chain management- Define and continuously improve quality assurance strategy- Drive serial part approval process (similar to PPAP) to ensure process stability for new parts- Further improve quality control processes to strengthen efficiency and effective- Responsible for processing complaints and implementing effective improvement measures- Ensure component quality in close cooperation with technical purchasing and incoming goods inspection- Managing and driving forward process improvement projects
Your background:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality management or equivalent.- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Leadership experience- Supplier quality process control knowledge- Analytical way of thinking.- Lean six sigma green belt or equivalent- Experience in international environment and strong communication skills- Strong cross-functional working ability commensurate to this job- Good command of German and English, both spoken and written
