**Measurement Technician (80-100%)**:**

You will take on diverse tasks at the pulse of quality assurance at ABB Turbocharging in Baden, and face exciting challenges at the interface between production, development, and quality. Together with your colleagues in the field of measurement technology, you are responsible for a precise, efficient, and careful execution of tests.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Independent execution and documentation of tests on turbocharger components and equipment in accordance with specification documents
- Creation of measurement programs (test concept, method & strategy) on offline programming stations or directly on various coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss)
- Operation of coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss) and execution of initial sample, intermediate or final tests, as well as special measurements
- Creation of complete documentation regarding measurement tasks carried out or quality messages in SAP
- Support of production in quality-promoting measures, the analysis of deviations (root cause analysis), and as a know-how service provider in metrological issues
- Ensuring the continuous improvement of processes (lean, CIP)

**Your background**:

- Education as Polymechanic, with further training in the field of coordinate metrology (AUKOM)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in programming and operating coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss, Calypso or similar)
- Excellent spatial imagination; independent, careful and reliable way of working with a high level of quality awareness
- Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment as well as good knowledge of shape and position tolerance, reliable reading of technical drawings
- Team player with goal-oriented and very structured way of working
- Expertise in SAP
- Fluency in German both written and spoke, English skills would be an additional asset
