Pour notre site de Mex, dans le cadre d'un remplacement de 6 mois, nous recherchons un Human Resources Business Partner pour notre site de production.

En tant que membre de son Comité de Direction, vous êtes rattaché à la Directrice des Ressources Humaines de Bobst SA.

Vous participez activement au développement et à la mise en place de la stratégie Ressources Humaines en tant que partenaire privilégié des fonctions Operations.

Vos responsabilités en tant que Senior Industrial HRBP:
  • Développer un partenariat stratégique avec les membres du Comité de Direction ainsi que les équipes du site de Production.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes fonctions RH dans la gestion des domaines de compétences RH (planification du personnel, recrutement, intégration, développement, rémunération, gestion de la performance et des conflits, réorganisation, santé au travail,...)
  • Assurer la responsabilité hiérarchique d’une équipe de 2 HRBP
  • Accompagner et gérer le changement
  • Participer activement au déploiement de nouveaux processus et outils RH
Ce que vous amenez:
  • Brevet fédéral RH obligatoire
  • Minimum 10 d'expérience dont 4 sur un poste similaire
  • Expérience en environnement industriel et organisations matricielles
  • Solide expérience en recrutement (de niveau technicien à C-Level)
  • Capacités analytiques fortes
  • Esprit de synthèse et facilités de présentation
  • Autonome, avec un sens développé du travail en équipe
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft, SAP)
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais d'un niveau courant (lu, écrit, parlé) (Allemand et Italien serait un atout)
  • Dynamique et à l'aise avec les outils digitaux
  • Vous êtes de nature fédératrice et avez le sens de la communication
