  • Erstellung und Überwachung des Budgetierungs- und Forecast-Prozesses
  • Analyse von Abweichungen zwischen Soll und Ist sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichten für die Geschäftsleitung und andere Stakeholder
  • Durchführung von Profitabilitäts-, Kosten- und Rentabilitätsanalysen
  • Optimierung von KPI-Dashboards und anderen Berichtsinstrumenten
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen und operativen Planung durch Bereitstellung fundierter Daten und Analysen
  • Entwicklung von Szenarien und Business Cases zur Entscheidungsfindung
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in Finanz- und Controlling-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer ERP-Systeme oder Finanz-Tools
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen (z. B. Vertrieb, Produktion, Einkauf)
  • Mitarbeit an internationalen Projekten und Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Controlling oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Controlling von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzanalyse und im Reporting
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP, Oracle) und MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Erfahrung mit Business-Intelligence-Tools (Power BI) von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen wie Französisch oder Italienisch sind ein Plus
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Proaktive Arbeitsweise, hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
