The role

Das Aufgabengebiet

  1. Du repräsentierst die Finanzabteilung als Business Partner:in gegenüber der Business- und Vertriebsorganisation.
  2. Zu deinen Aufgabenfeldern gehört die Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und OR sowie das monatliche IFRS-Reporting Package in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Financial Shared Service Center.
  3. Ebenfalls stellst du die ordnungsgemäße Rechnungslegung sowie die korrekte Bilanzierung von Geschäftsvorfällen in Zusammenarbeit mit diesem sicher, insbesondere im Bereich der Revenue Recognition.
  4. Du bist mit deinen Kolleg:innen zuständig für die Provisionsabrechnung und bist in diesem Zuge Ansprechpartner:in für die Sales Mitarbeitenden.
  5. Als Steuerungsgrundlage erstellst du Analysen und Reportings für unterschiedliche Berichtsebenen und Stakeholder.
  6. Du unterstützt außerdem beim Verrechnungs- und Abgrenzungsprozess verschiedener Incentive-Zahlungen, die wir im Rahmen des Lizenzhandels von unseren Lieferanten erhalten, und koordinierst diesen weltweit für alle SoftwareOne-Gesellschaften.

What we need to see from you

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

  1. Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen.
  2. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, in der Buchhaltung oder im Controlling konntest du bereits sammeln.
  3. Du bist sicher in der Abschlusserstellung nach IFRS und OR, steuerliche Kenntnisse sind zudem von Vorteil.
  4. Die Arbeit in Excel sowie der Umgang mit ERP-/Buchhaltungssoftware, idealerweise Navision, gehören für dich zum Alltag.
  5. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zeichnen dich aus.
  6. Gutes Analyse- und Urteilsvermögen, Verständnis für Unternehmensprozesse sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Gestaltungswillen gehören zu deinen Stärken.
  7. Du hast eine proaktive, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Arbeiten im Team.
