Are you a creative, crypto-savvy marketing leader who thrives in dynamic environments? We're looking for a Marketing, Communications & Community Lead to join a cutting-edge, fast-growing team shaping the future of blockchain technology and decentralized finance.

Your Role

  1. Define the Brand: Shape our brand voice, market positioning, and messaging strategy across multiple platforms.
  2. Lead Communications: Build and execute a robust communications plan, including social media and long-form content to engage crypto-native communities.
  3. Manage External Content: Collaborate with the internal team to create and refine external-facing content like websites, social posts, and other key materials.
  4. Drive Engagement: Regularly publish social media posts across our platforms and support smaller, private events to build community presence.
  5. Refine Brand Assets: Work with design partners to manage and evolve the brand's look and feel across logos, media, and creative assets.
What You'll Bring

  1. +2 years of Crypto-Native Expertise: Proven experience managing marketing, communications, and community strategies in the blockchain/crypto space. Experience with event management for crypto-focused audiences.
  2. Social Media Wizardry: Skilled in cutting, editing, and posting engaging content across multiple platforms.
  3. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to think independently, take initiative, and drive results autonomously.
  4. Team Player: You'll collaborate with a small but powerful team, contributing to shared goals while owning your own projects.
  5. Familiarity with asset management concepts.
Perks & Benefits

  1. Salary 80k - 150k DOE.
