Marketing Communications Manager

At Sonova Audiological Care (AC) we are transforming the hearing care industry by building and expanding the winning consumer-centric omnichannel consumer journey, portfolio and services for our customers. Data driven market, competition and consumers insights are a critical building block for this.

You have the opportunity to contribute to this revolution by joining the AC Marketing and Omnichannel corporate function, which is located across different countries. This specific position will be located in Steinhausen, Switzerland.

The AC Global Marketing and Omnichannel department is responsible for developing and implementing a state of the art customer (i.e. end-consumer) journey supporting both digital and physical touchpoints. The department comprises domain experts in Product Management, Pricing, Branding and Communications, CRM, Omnichannel Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Conversion, Customer Decision Journey and Analytics.

The main objective of the Marketing Communication Manager is to develop and implement the overall global communication strategy for product/platform launches as well as for commercial innovations and to translate strategy into marketing mix and tools across relevant touch points.

**Your tasks**
- Define marketing and communication strategies for platform/product launches in close collaboration with key stakeholders, supporting the overall AC strategy
- Ownership of the development of communication campaigns (print and digital) to support for launches or commercial initiatives and innovations; including content and concept approach, agency tool briefing and management, approval process, etc.
- Work closely with category teams in the development of messaging and tools and ensure messaging is clearly and consistently communicated across all marketing tools (also “non-communication" or technical tools)
- Develop strong marketing claims to support communication campaigns and product / service launches and ensure regulatory compliance of critical launch aspects (e.g. claims)
- Work closely with market and consumer insights team to continuously monitor campaign impact and derive potential actions for future campaigns
- Build and lead strong project teams and creative agencies

**Your profile**
- A university degree in marketing
- 5+ years’ experience in a global marketing role (ideally in an international environment)
- Strong fundamentals in campaign development and communications - FMCG, retail and regulated industries preferred
- Ability to liaise with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Outstanding strategic and conceptual thinking as well as open-minded
- Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage
