Der Senior Team Lead Sales (m / w / d) übernimmt eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Unternehmen. Diese Position umfasst die strategische und operative Führung des Vertriebsteams mit Fokus auf Acquisition, Telesales und Sales Administration. Der Rolleninhaber ist für den Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und das Performance-Management des Teams verantwortlich, um das Unternehmenswachstum nachhaltig zu fördern.
Dies sind einige der wichtigsten Bestandteile der Rolle:
- Motivation und Führung des Vertriebsteams im In- und Aussendienst zur erfolgreichen Zielerreichung sowie um die Teamarbeit zu fördern
- Analyse von Verkaufszahlen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Prozesse
- Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Neukundengewinnung
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie Identifikation und Erschliessung neuer Marktpotenziale
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung effektiver Pitch-Strategien für Kundenakquise
- Implementierung und Optimierung von Sales Funnels zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Implementierung effizienter Verkaufsprozesse mittels CRM (Salesforce)
- Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten, Forecasts und Marktanalysen
- Schnittstellen zu anderen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Operations und Customer Service
- Definition und Überwachung von KPI's zur Leistungssteigerung / Umsatzsteigerung Massnahmen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre in einer ähnlichen Rolle im Bereich Gastronomie, E-Commerce oder FMCG
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von CRM-Systemen sowie nachweisbare Erfolge in der Optimierung von Verkaufsprozessen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Verhandlungen mit Entscheidungsträgern zu führen
- Strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen
- Verständnis für digitale Vertriebskanäle und moderne Lead-Generierungsmethoden
- Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch. Französisch von Vorteil.
- Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und in einem dynamischen, wettbewerbsintensiven Umfeld Prioritäten zu setzen
- Strategisches Denken und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten kombiniert mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
- Fähigkeit, Widerstände zu identifizieren und zu überwinden sowie nachhaltige Akzeptanz für Veränderungen zu schaffen
- Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz
- Unternehmerisches Denken mit einem Fokus auf nachhaltiges Wachstum und Zufriedenheit
