Für einen renommierten Kunden suchen wir eine erfahrene, zuverlässige und diskrete Executive Assistant (m / w / d) 100%.

Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Leadership Teams in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen.
  • Koordination von lokalen und internationalen Meetings.
  • Koordination komplexer Termine und umfangreiches Kalendermanagement.
  • Erledigung allgemeiner Büroarbeiten wie z.B. Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Rechnungen und Verträgen.
  • Reiseorganisation, Visabeschaffung und Erstellung von Spesenabrechnungen.

Anforderungen:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Rolle, idealerweise mit direkter Rapportierung an das obere Management.
  • Ausgeprägte Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu organisieren und zu koordinieren.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und anderen gängigen Tools.
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft, Zusatzaufgaben zu übernehmen.
  • Compliance-Erfahrung von Vorteil.
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
