Job Description:On behalf of our client, a leading company in advanced wound care solutions, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager for Outpatient Wound Care to manage and grow key relationships within the region of Zurich and Eastern Switzerland.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative organization that is shaping the future of wound care through collaboration, expertise, and cutting-edge products.
Your Role
In this role, you will:
- Promote an advanced product portfolio in modern wound care, working with outpatient care networks, independent physicians, care homes, pharmacies, and affiliated distributors.
- Identify market opportunities, segment customers, and prioritize sales initiatives.
- Acquire new clients and expertly support, advise, and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Execute marketing strategies and drive awareness of product offerings.
- Build a strong network with local key opinion leaders.
- Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and represent the company at trade fairs and conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data in the CRM system.
Your Profile
- A medical qualification or a relevant degree.
- Experience with wound care products and a solid medical background; certification as a wound care expert is a massive plus.
- Proven track record in medical sales, particularly in outpatient care.
- Strong connections within the regional outpatient and wound care sectors.
- A consultative approach with the ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-driven, organized, and reliable, with a strong team spirit.
- Willingness to travel within the region, with a home-office setup.
- Fluency in German and basic English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
