Die Enterprise Architecture steuert die strategische, effiziente Entwicklung der Technologie-Landschaft der Migros Gruppe, mittels Leitplanken, übergreifenden Zielbildern, wir begleiten diese aktiv in deren Umsetzung. Was du bewegst
  1. Du gestaltest das gruppenweite Architecture Repositories (LeanIX) und die nachhaltige Integration/Positionierung dessen in der Technologie-Landschaft der Migros-Gruppe.
  2. Du treibst proaktiv die effiziente Entwicklung der System-, Prozess-Landschaft mit Fokus Migros-Industrie und stellst deren Anschlussfähigkeit sicher.
  3. Mittels wirkungsvoller Zielbilder und Richtlinien mit Fokus Industrie, schaffst du optimale Voraussetzung für Synergien und die Cloud Transformation.
  4. Du förderst strategisches Alignments zwischen Business und IT, überzeugst durch proaktive Beratung in komplexen Themen und erzeugst mittel- und langfristigen Impact.
  5. Du förderst die Umsetzung von Konsolidierungsvorhaben und damit die gruppenweite Reduktion unserer Applikationen.
  6. Deine aktive Mitarbeit in Vorhaben auf Portfolio-Ebene ist Basis für künftige Erfolge, dabei förderst du die enge Zusammenarbeit mit System-, Infrastruktur Architekten und Stakeholder der Industrie.
Was du mitbringst
  1. Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in Informatik oder einer verwandten Studienrichtung und relevante Weiterbildungen mit den Schwerpunkten Architektur, Cloud Computing, Industrie, Infrastruktur und Agile Arbeitsweisen (zB. SAFe Framework).
  2. Mehrjährige Hands-On Erfahrung als Architekt auf Enterprise-Level in Industrie/Manufactoring, in IT-Infrastruktur und erfahren in grossem unternehmens-übergreifendem Umfeld mit Konzernstrukturen.
  3. Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)
  4. Englisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)
  5. Französisch (von Vorteil)
  6. Dein fundiertes Verständnis von Architektur-Methoden und Frameworks wie z.B. TOGAF oder ArchiMate lässt dich gezielt und strukturiert vorgehen.
  7. Du bringst fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich Application Portfolio Management in sehr grossen IT-Landschaften mit.
  8. Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer führenden Architektur Rolle und bietest ein breites Fachwissen in Industrie-, Manufactoring-Themen und/oder im Infrastruktur Umfeld.
  9. Mit deinem Knowhow in Hybrid-Multi-Cloud Architekturen, SAP-Technologien mit Fokus Industrie / Manufactoring, gelingt es dir gezielte Cloud Transformation zu unterstützen und zu steuern.
  10. Du hast dich aktiv weitergebildet in Themen Architektur, Cloud (Azure und/oder GCP), hast entsprechende Zertifizierungen erreicht, idealerweise auch in Edge Computing, IoT (Industrie, Automatisierung).
  11. Du hast ein gewinnendes, integrierendes Auftreten und gewinnst Stakeholder mit deinem strategischen, pragmatischen Denken, diplomatisches Handeln und schaffst ein Alignment in übergreifenden Themen.
  12. Du hast eine hohe Motivation neue Business-Ideen, Bedürfnisse zu antizipieren, anzutreiben, sowie die Affinität neue Technologie-Trends zu erkennen und gemeinsam, wirksam zu integrieren.
  13. Du erzielst Wirkung in deinen Themen auf allen Ebenen, dank deiner ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten zu präsentieren, zu moderieren.
  14. Als Servant Leader bewegst du dich souverän und umsetzungsstark in unserem agilen Arbeitsumfeld (SAFe Framework).
