Fullstack Java Enterprise Expert

Mensch und Maschine Deutschland GmbH is looking for a Fullstack Java Enterprise Expert to join our FIS Securities Finance Trading and Collateral core development team in Zürich. As a Senior Software Architect, you'll be responsible for designing the foundation for how our global platforms perform and scale.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with the Product Development management to deliver on our mission to deliver future state cloud-native solutions together with simplifying integrations with open APIs and providing seamless integrations. Your expertise will influence selecting, operating, and administering systems and software for our environment that supports vital business processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and development of product enhancements making use of the best of enterprise technologies meeting the standards of the platform.
  • Implementation of future architectural enhancements of the platform.
  • Development of the platform to meet the standards of performance and scalability expectations.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years hands-on professional experience in the Java enterprise environment.
  • Experience building enterprise financial solutions.
  • Experience with blockchains (ideally in Securities Lending).
  • Experience with Agile and test-driven development.
  • Experience in working in a distributed global environment.
  • Experience integrating with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, with good understanding of concepts like OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Single Sign-on.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Middleware, JMS, and JPA/Hibernate.
  • Good understanding of web frontend technologies: Typescript, Angular v2+, Observables, Redux.
  • Competence in the usage of REST APIs.
  • Very good expertise in software design patterns, integration patterns, and enterprise architectural concepts.
  • Adapting and integrating open-source frameworks and technologies.
  • Good understanding of SQL (experience working with Oracle or SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
  • Experience working with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
  • Very strong communication skills and fluent in English.
  • Team player, willingness to take responsibility.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Experience with Integration Frameworks/Patterns (Apache Camel).
  • Understanding of Jenkins, Harness IO, Apache Kafka.
