About Our Team

Our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team helps clients gain insight and context to their IAM environments, assessing, improving, and building infrastructure, processes and policies to meet their IAM needs.

Job Description

You will work directly with partners in a diverse team structure, designing and deploying IAM strategies and solutions across various platforms at a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an ILM inspiring leader, consistently researching new ways to improve IAM operations and help design our overall strategy.
  • Act as a trusted security advisor to provide strategic direction in leading activities in support of Identity Lifecycle management tools & technologies and enterprise security objectives.
  • Develop security architectures and engineering system specifications implementing identity management and security controls in development and operational systems across our exceptional client base.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of practical experience in the field of IT is required. 8+ years of direct Information Security experience.
  • Experience in implementing an enterprise level IAM infrastructure is necessary.
  • 3+ years experience in a Big4 or equivalent Consulting environment is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are essential.
  • A good understanding of security principles and technologies in the Identity and Access Management domain is necessary.
