Key Responsibilities

Summary:

We lead the digital transformation of our customers by leveraging our expertise in system integration, strategic planning, and technology implementation as a collective group of SAP Enterprise Architects. Our primary mission is to drive the Clean Core imperative and accelerate the adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). We foster a culture of innovation and efficiency while enabling Clean Core, aiming to simplify and modernize our IT landscape and reduce complexity and operational costs.

We strive to create a robust and agile infrastructure that supports the evolving needs of our business by consolidating systems and streamlining processes.

The Role:

Enterprise Architects play a crucial role in orchestrating the development of a holistic enterprise architecture model that supports established enterprise goals. To help companies future-proof their technology environment, we serve them from the select phase where the NorthStar Enterprise Architecture is being created, to adopt (Clean core transformation coming in) to the derive phase (translate the NorthStar Enterprise Architecture to its different SAP solutions, including BTP realizing the Clean Core).

As an Enterprise Architect, you act as an Advisor to the customer to lead them towards the next step of IT-Services by providing holistic advice and guidance focusing either on an application/solution, an industry, or a technology.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of work experience in a customer experience role (e.g., Program Manager, Architect).
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise Business transformation through Application delivery.
  • Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
  • Proven knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, SAP Clean Core principles as well as the usage of SAP LeanIX & Signavio as tools to document Enterprise Architectures & Business Processes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills at senior manager level both inside an IT team and across business functions.
