Experis recherche un(e) : IT Manager - Plateforme E-commerce

Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené(e) à :

  1. Gestion de la plateforme e-commerce : Prendre en charge la gestion complète de la plateforme e-commerce, de la commande du client à la livraison, en intégrant les processus logistiques, bancaires et autres fonctions associées.
  2. Collaboration avec les prestataires : Travailler en collaboration avec les divers prestataires de l'entreprise pour assurer une intégration fluide des solutions.
  3. Supervision des outils et services : Gérer les outils utilisés pour l'administration de la plateforme, en mettant à profit des technologies telles que Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Sage, Make.com, Wordpress, Woocommerce, Dokan.
  4. Développement et personnalisation : Mettre à profit vos compétences en programmation (PHP, Deluge, HTML5, CSS3, JS, JSON, XML, Webhooks) pour personnaliser et optimiser la plateforme.
  5. Design et expérience utilisateur : Appliquer des principes UX/UI pour garantir une expérience utilisateur optimale et fluide sur la plateforme.
  6. Gestion de projet : Coordonner la mise en œuvre des projets de développement de la plateforme, en veillant au respect des délais et des résultats attendus.

Compétences requises :

  1. Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans dans la mise en place et la gestion des outils, services et langages de programmation mentionnés ci-dessus.
  2. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Sage, Make.com, Wordpress, Woocommerce, Dokan, ainsi que des langages PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JS, JSON, XML et Webhooks.
  3. Design : Bonne maîtrise du design UX/UI pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur.
  4. Connaissances supplémentaires : Expérience avec le protocole bancaire EBICS, gestion des processus logistiques et gestion de projets (minimum 2 ans).
  5. Langues : Français (niveau C1), Anglais (niveau B2).
