**Description du poste**:
We are seeking a highly skilled OSS/BSS Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll lead the design and implementation of CRM solutions for our new B2B offerings. Responsibilities include understanding end-to-end processes, evaluating existing systems, and developing scalable CRM solutions aligned with business goals. Collaboration with stakeholders ensures security, scalability, and performance standards are met.
- Analyze and understand business requirements to design efficient and effective IT solutions.
- Develop architectural designs, technical specifications, and system integration plans.
- Assess the feasibility of implementing new solutions and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and other IT professionals to ensure cohesive implementation.
- Design solutions that are scalable and capable of handling future growth.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures, design decisions, and configurations.
- Submit technical architecture to IT architects for review and ensure that developers strictly comply with architecture guidelines.
- Act as an Agile product owner, create stories (Jira), conduct sprint planning and prioritization, act as a direct interface to developers.
- Manage the implementation of new IT releases in SIT and production.
- Ensure a first layer of integration and functional testing on delivered functionalities and organize detailed testing by relevant business stakeholders.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard the organization's data and systems.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues related to scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor and train team members on best practices and emerging technologies.

**Profil**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with a minimum of 10 years as a OSS/BSS Solutions Architect (Billing) or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level IT architectures, systems, and technologies.
- Very good knowledge of CRM solutions and associated functions (sales management, product catalog, offer management, e-shop, service provisioning, care, self-care, billing, invoicing). Knowledge in MS Dynamics or Salesforce is a plus.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, security, database systems, and API/REST services design.
- Proficiency in using architecture modeling tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with an internet service provider.
- Strong understanding of enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WAN, VoIP, VPBX, and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes (from offer to cash, etc.).
- Hands-on mentality.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence.
- Very good oral and written communication in English. French and German are a plus.
