The Position

Die Organisation “Site Network Basel/Kaiseraugst”, Teil der globalen Group Function “Corporate Strategy, Sustainability & Sites”, stellt die Infrastruktur und Services für den gesamten Standort bereit und entwickelt diese kontinuierlich und auf innovative Art weiter. Tätigkeitsbeschreibung

Die Standortlogistik kümmert sich um Güter und Sendungen, die aufs Areal kommen, hier gelagert- und verteilt werden oder den Standort verlassen. Der Bereich Materials Management bietet den internen Kunden diverse Dienstleistungen rund um den Alltag in Laboren an.

In der Funktion als Service Delivery Manager (w/m/d) überwachst du die Leistungserbringung unseres externen Partners. Du bist dabei der erste Ansprechpartner für die internen Kunden und kümmerst dich um die Services in den Laboren.

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere internen Kunden (Biologische und Chemische Labore) bzgl. unseres Leistungsportfolios
  • Troubleshooting für sämtliche “In Lab Leistungen” am Standort Basel und Kaiseraugst
  • Operatives Management unseres externen Service Providers
  • Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
  • Stellvertretung des Leiters “Tailored Lab Solutions”

Zusätzlich kommen folgende Aufgaben auf dich zu:

  • Umsetzung der definierten Service Level Agreements
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung der Qualitätsziele
  • Stakeholdermanagement operativ (Teilnahme Jour Fix Kundengruppen, Labmanagern)
  • Erstkontakt für die Teamleads des externen Service Providers
  • Operatives Bindeglied zwischen dem externen Team und dem Team “Materials Management”
  • Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung aller relevanten Vorschriften, Weisungen und Richtlinien (Gefahrgut, Sicherheit, Gesundheit, Umweltschutzhandbuch)
  • Rufbereitschaft / Pikettdienst bei Inbetriebnahmen und Projekten, beschränkt auf 4 Wochen pro Jahr
Wer Du bist:

Ausbildung:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsbildung oder Studium als Laborant Biotechnologisch, Biologisch oder Chemisch und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Laborumfeld

Erfahrung:

  • Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement
  • Erfahrung in Personalführung

Fähigkeiten:

  • Sehr gute PC Kenntnisse (Office und weitere Anwenderprogramme)
  • Idealerweise SAP S/4 HANA Kenntnisse (Modul EWM)
  • Erfahrung mit Personalmanagement Systemen
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich (gut in Wort und Schrift, mind. Niveau B2) sowie Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
