The Klima Foundation, based in Zug, Switzerland, is dedicated to accelerating the adoption of carbon markets and driving climate action through technology.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Growth to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a track record in driving growth within corporate and / or start-up environments, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new markets. While experience in environmental markets is not required for hiring, the successful candidate will need to rapidly develop expertise in this area to excel in the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase adoption of Klima-related products and services.
  • Lead business development initiatives to expand partnerships and user base.
  • Oversee marketing and community engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with the Klima Foundation's mission and values.
  • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product team to refine and enhance offerings based on market demands.
  • Manage and grow a team of marketing and business development professionals.
  • Report on growth metrics and KPIs to the Foundation's leadership and stakeholders.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development roles, demonstrating consistent success in driving user acquisition and retention.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies in fast-paced, evolving markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and growth experimentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new industries and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; post-graduate study is a plus.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with growth marketing techniques such as funnel optimization, user segmentation, and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology, DeFi concepts, or other innovative financial technologies.
  • Knowledge of community-driven growth strategies and experience building engaged user bases.
  • Understanding of product-led growth methodologies.
  • Experience with international markets and cross-cultural communication.
