To perform various warehouse activities in support of the company’s warehouse operations. Main Duties And Responsibilities Accurately sort and place materials or items on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas according to organizational standards. Attach identifying tag and labels or marks information on shipping materials, items, boxes, cases or containers. Accurately identify and count stock materials/items bi-monthly and record the stock levels in the corresponding inventory reports. This duty also includes general assistance in inventory management as required. Report defective, questionable or expired materials to the Warehouse Supervisor. Notify Warehouse Supervisor of problems that cannot be resolved. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. Label and prepare shipment assets, as well as cleaning durable packaging solutions. Condition and assemble thermal packaging in accordance with applicable procedures. Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures. Safely operate all the necessary equipment in the work area. Wear the proper safety equipment. Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations. General Partake in all training sessions set forth by MARKEN. Adhere to all MARKEN Policies and Procedures at all times. Undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager or Branch Manager.
