Im Zusammenhang mit dem weiteren Wachstum des Bereiches bin ich mit der Suche beauftragt nach einer versierten, dienstleistungsorientierten und vielseitigen Persönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben :

  1. Gesamtverantwortung über die Geschäfte in der West-Schweiz und der angrenzenden Deutsch-Schweiz, fachliche und personelle Führung respektive Begleitung und Koordination der rund 20 Retail-Standorte.
  2. Regelmässiger Abgleich der Tagesgeschäfte mit den zentralen Einheiten wie HR, Marketing, Category Management, Finanzen, Quality etc.
  3. Aktive Mitgestaltung aber auch Umsetzung von unternehmensweiten Marketing-Konzepten- respektive -Strategien, steter Kontakt mit Verbänden und Institutionen.
  4. Beobachtung und Steuerung der Kennzahlen, Erarbeitung der Budgetvorgaben, Personalplanung- und Entwicklung, Front-Reportings und Unternehmens-Forecasts.
  5. Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen relevanten Bereichen und Personen im Gesamtunternehmen vor allem hinsichtlich Spezialprojekten, Innovation, Sortiment, Weiterentwicklung, Prozess-Effizienz und Organisations-Struktur.
  6. Solide Grundausbildung im Bereich Pharma, Pharmacie, Drogerie, Kosmetik oder vergleichbarer Richtungen mit spezifischer Weiterbildung mit Fokus Vertrieb, Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlich auf Stufe FH / Bachelor.
  7. Mehrjährige Führungs-Erfahrung im Vertriebs- respektive Aftersales-Umfeld als umsetzungsstarke / r Manager / in z. B. in der Gesundheits- oder Pharma-Branche.
  8. Nachweislicher Leistungsausweis als Leader-Persönlichkeit eines Unternehmens-Bereiches oder Gesamtunternehmens mit flacher Hierarchie und direkten, werthaltigen Führungswegen.
  9. Deutsch und / oder Französisch als Muttersprache respektive entsprechende Fremdsprachenkenntnisse, Wohnort wenn möglich im Regionalgebiet.
  10. Reisebereitschaft ca. 70 %, Beherrschen der gängigsten Office-Tools sowie eines modernen MIS / ERP-Systems.
