Das erwartet dich:
In dieser Einstiegsposition bist du Teil unseres Kundenbetreuung Teams und lernst, wie wir unsere intelligenten Pflanzenkonzepte für grosse Unternehmen mit vielen Ansprechpersonen entwerfen, planen und umsetzen. Nachdem wir ein Büro einer Firma begrünt haben, wirst du mit deinem Team für die Betreuung und die Beziehung zum Kunden verantwortlich sein. Du wirst von Beginn an selbständig sein und Verantwortung von A-Z für deine Projekte übernehmen, wobei du Einblicke in alle operativen Prozessen erhältst. Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team, Sales und Operations, sowie unseren Kunden und Partnern.

- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung

- Du bist gerne unterwegs und magst Abwechslung (Office & Field Work)
- Du interagierst gekonnt mit allen Mitarbeiter- und Managementstufen vom Grosskonzern zum KMU
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und genau bist aber auch flexibel und kreativ
- Du bist proaktiv, sympathisch, überzeugend und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Du bringst eine Macher-Mentalität mit, agierst lösungsorientiert und gibst nie auf
- Du lernst schnell und kannst Aufgaben gut priorisieren
- Du bringst technische Affinität mit und kennst dich in der Google Suite aus
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
