Bonebridge is a Swiss medical device manufacturer dedicated to the design, development, production, and successful application of orthopaedic trauma implants. Founded in Switzerland in 2018 by a group of clinicians, Bonebridge is committed to reducing complexity in orthopaedic trauma. For our team in Zurich, Switzerland, we are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager (60-80%) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company objectives and market needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Manage product lifecycle activities, monitor product performance and customer satisfaction. Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements and specifications. Partner with Sales and Marketing globally, to develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and training materials. Create marketing collaterals such as product brochures and clinical cases together with Brand Management and Communications. YOUR PROFILE Master’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business or any related field. Minimum 3–5 years of product management experience in the medical device industry. Experience working within a regulated environment (FDA Class II/III or CE-marked devices) preferred. A well‑documented affinity for technical matters is essential. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, competitive and entrepreneurial environment. Strong communication skills in English and German are a must (both written and spoken).
