Do you want to shape the future of ATM services in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking a Lead ATM Offering to join SIX in Zurich. This role is all about shaping the approach to how we are providing access to cash in Switzerland in the future. You will lead the standardized ATM service offering, drive the target operating model, and handle vendor strategies and relationships while maintaining strong cost management practices.

What You Will Do
  • Drive the ATM Pooling Offering and develop its operational strategies
  • Lead vendor management, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Take ownership of the target operating model, optimizing processes and standards
  • Oversee cost management, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency
  • Collaborate across teams to conceptualize and implement innovative ATM solutions
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of expertise in ATM management, including operational strategies and service development
  • 5+ years of experience in the Swiss Financial Industry, understanding market dynamics and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with target operating models and cost optimization
  • Leadership experience (team-level)
  • Strong skills in vendor management and stakeholder negotiations
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
