For a leading health clinic in Zurich, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious, and hard-working leader to take charge of operations and drive our continued success. This is a high-impact role offering competitive compensation for a driven individual ready to manage and grow a thriving clinic.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the clinic’s operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth patient flow.
  2. Drive Growth: Implement strategies to increase patient acquisition and retention.
  3. Enhance Patient Experience: Ensure a high standard of service and operational excellence.
  4. Lead & Motivate Teams: Inspire and manage a high-performing team, fostering accountability and results.
  5. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure clinic profitability.
