Ihre Herausforderung
Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für den Verkauf und das Marketing des Hauptstandorts in Pfäffikon (ZH) mit 10 Mitarbeitenden. Gemeinsam mit den Niederlassungen und dem Händlernetz schöpfen Sie gezielt das vorhandene Markt- und Leistungspotenzial aus und steigern nachhaltig das Verkaufsvolumen. Sie sind bereit, sich das äusserst spezifische Fachwissen anzueignen, um als kompetenter, verlässlicher Partner intern wie extern Vertrauen zu schaffen. Mit direkter Präsenz unterstützen Sie die Vertriebspartner vor Ort und sichern den langfristigen Erfolg des Unternehmens durch hohe Fachkompetenz in einem interkulturellen, globalen Umfeld.

Ihre Persönlichkeit garantiert den Erfolg in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld. Die Freude an der Technik treibt Sie an, und Sie fühlen sich in einem technischen Umfeld zu Hause. Sie sind ein Machertyp mit Durchsetzungskraft und Begeisterung für Ihre Aufgabe. Erfahrung in der Verbindungstechnik, im Werkzeugbau oder in der Umformtechnik sowie im internationalen Verkauf von Investitionsgütern bilden die Basis. Eine Aus- und Weiterbildung im technischen Bereich ist Voraussetzung. In Deutsch und Englisch sind Sie verhandlungssicher.
