**Your role and responsibilities**:
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of digital solutions? Join our team as a Digital Sales Lead, where you will be at the forefront of innovation and customer success. We are searching preferably within Europe or North America regions, but if you have what it needs, feel free to apply. Here’s what awaits you: - Market Development & Collaboration: You will identify and drive the development of new mar-ket opportunities, ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration within the designated market. - Strategic Empowerment: Empower local Excitation sales units to establish and execute a go-to-market strategy that focuses on volume and profitability targets. - Sales Excellence: Take charge of selling digital solutions to meet our financial goals, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. - Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, understanding their needs and promoting ABB’s full product, systems, and services offerings. - Global Sales Planning: Prepare comprehensive global sales plans, technical solution proposals, and templates using ABB’s authorized tools, ensuring efficient marketing activities and value propositions. - Performance Monitoring: Perform regular status reviews, propose recovery plans for potential order shortfalls, and monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and performance. - Value Creation: Create added value for both customers and ABB by employing effective sales techniques, contributing to offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department, and presenting sales reports with insights and recommendations to senior management.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Extensive Sales Experience: You bring over 10 years of experience in sales, particularly in digital solutions, showcasing a proven track record of success.
- Leadership & Inspiration: Your strong leadership qualities inspire, motivate, and guide our sales team towards achieving remarkable results.
- Industry Expertise: With in-depth knowledge of the Energy Industries, especially Power Generation and Power Systems, you understand market trends and technological advancements in digital solutions.
- Strategic Visionary: You excel at developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to meet company goals and drive success.
- Analytical Mindset: Your strong analytical skills help you assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
- Communication Excellence: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present and demonstrate digital solutions to diverse audiences effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: You are an expert in negotiating terms and closing deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
