Das erwartet dich In deiner Rolle treibst du die Weiterentwicklung der Gemeinsamstrom-Lösungen für Gemeinden voran. Dein Arbeitsalltag ist geprägt von vielseitigen Projekten mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum. Gemeinsam mit den Gemeinden gestaltest du attraktive Angebote für deren Einwohner : innen. Du arbeitest in einem engagierten, interdisziplinären Team innerhalb eines Corporate Venture und packst mit an Als erste Ansprechperson für die Gemeindevertreter : innen planst und führst du gemeinsame Veranstaltungen durch. Du gewinnst zusätzliche Produzent : innen, insbesondere Betreiber : innen grosser PV-Anlagen. Das bringst du mit Verkaufserfahrung mit Organisationen (B2B-Vertrieb). Verständnis für dezentrale Energieproduktion– du musst kein : e Techniker : in sein, aber die Zusammenhänge sollten dir vertraut sein. Du kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge einfach und überzeugend kommunizieren – sowohl im persönlichen Gespräch als auch schriftlich. Strategisches Denken liegt dir – genauso wie der Wunsch, nachhaltige Lösungen für Regionen aktiv mitzugestalten. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
