Our client, a powerhouse in the B2B market with a strong presence and 8 brands across Switzerland, is seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to drive the implementation of their strategic objectives.

With a focus on fostering growth and delivering exceptional solutions, they are on the lookout for an Information Management Business Consultant to join their Team.

Tasks

**As part of this exciting role, you will**:

- Collaborate closely with major customers regarding comprehensive solutions in the information management (IM) sphere, encompassing software, services, and processes.
- Provide end-to-end support to clients, offering expert guidance from initial acquisition through to project execution.
- Champion change management initiatives with existing clients, driving adoption of innovative solutions.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities with both new and existing clientele.
- Conceive holistic solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Handle the calculation and billing processes for these comprehensive solutions.
- Develop and deliver engaging customer workshops and presentations.
- Spearhead the creation and execution of specialized internal training programs.

**Requirements**:

- A successful background in technical or IT-oriented training, ideally complemented by further education in business science.
- Certifications in process and project management (e.g., ITIL Foundation, IPMA Level D, Scrum PSPOA) would be advantageous.
- Previous experience with IM software products, particularly familiarity with M-Files, is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in consulting within the IT and IM sectors, including a track record of successfully selling complete solutions to major clients.
- A passion for staying abreast of the latest IT innovations.
- Outstanding communication skills, coupled with an open-minded and extroverted demeanor.
- Proficiency in German and English, with a working knowledge of French considered advantageous.
