Optotune is a strongly growing and internationally active optics company based in Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of adaptive optical elements for industrial and consumer markets.

For our global management team in the industrial markets we are looking for a dynamic leader who enjoys working in a company with big potential.

**Your Oportunity**:

- Lead, develop and inspire a performing and service-oriented finance, administration and legal organization, across several countries
- Manage all aspects of the business plan and budget, ensure treasury, controlling, and monthly reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER
- Economic strategy and forecasting, own the business plan, update as needed and work together with the CEO and board of directors to develop the right growth strategy
- Develop internal and external resources to face special projects (change of structures, acquisitions, implementation of foreign subsidiaries)
- Define and implement a global digitalization strategy that helps to enhance the productivity of our organization
- Manage relationships with banks, investors and other partners

**Qualifications**:

- 10 years of professional experience in accounting and administration in high-tech companies is a must
- Degree in finance and/or accounting
- Engineering background is a big plus or quick technical understanding
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Structured, well-organized, proactive and result oriented
- Agile, growth oriented and experienced in the capital markets
- Excellent knowledge in English and German
