Aufgaben:
  • Administrative, organisatorische und koordinative Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter des Instituts für Marketing Management in den Bereichen Forschung, Dienstleistung und Weiterbildung.
  • Unterstützende Mitarbeit in praxisnahen Forschungsprojekten mit Fokus HealthTech, insbesondere zu Bedürfnisanalysen, Product-Market Fit- und Revenue Modell-Validierungen.
  • Planung und Co-Betreuung von innovativen CAS-Weiterbildungen, Summer Schools und Industrieevents rund um HealthCare Marketing & Product Management.
  • Durchführung von Literature Research, User Interviews und Umfragen mit Health Care Professionals, Industrie-Managern und Patienten zwecks Auftragsstudien und Publikationen.
  • Teamunterstützung, primär in Winterthur, keine 10 Fussminuten neben dem Bahnhof und mit flexiblem Pensum je Semester und Projektphase.
Minimum Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes oder Endstadium Bachelorstudium mit überdurchschnittlichen Noten (Bewerbungen mit abgeschlossenem Masterstudium können leider nicht berücksichtigt werden).
  • Idealerweise vor oder im Masterstudium mit einem Schwerpunkt in Betriebswirtschaft/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder BioMedical Engineering, Medizininformatik mit ersten BWL-Kenntnissen.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung/Praktika im Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, Consulting in MedTech, Digital Health oder BioTech/Pharma.
  • Gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Flexibilität.
  • Lernbereitschaft rund um projektspezifische HealthTechnologies, Regulierung, Reimbursement.
  • Vertiefte Anwenderkenntnisse von MS Powerpoint/Excel/Word.
