**This is Your Job**:

- Manages and develops the product portfolio Automation together with the Head of Product Unit Automation and all activities along of the product lifecycle management
- Analyzes market, opportunities, competitor, and trends (holistic view to enable data driven decision for product road map)
- Define and drive the implementation of a profitable and innovative product portfolio incl. pricing
- Leads, drives and manages the product road map from customer requirements, to product launch and lifecycle management
- Supports Head of Product Unit Automation in recommending buy, build or partner guidance
- Coordinating review meetings and approval of development project gates
- Forming strong collaboration with product development and sales team to prepare successful product launch
- Professional industrialization of product portfolio across all product lifecycle stages
- Organizing test trails and reference customers
- Develops and holds trainings and sales information and marketing content together with the marketing team and supports events (exhibitions)
- Strong collaboration with Lead Engineering and Project Engineering

**Your Job Profile**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in a business oriented field or technical background with working experience in product management and Textile Technology or Industrial Automation
- Inter-cultural competence & international experience
- Project Management skills (Agile as well as Waterfall)
- Affinity to realize iterative product development process
- Strong capabilities in communication and teamwork, planning and organizational skills
- English regular communication in reading and writing, German and any other language is considered a plus
- Willingness to travel ca. 20%
