Wallee is a payment technology company that enables merchants to accept omnichannel payments - whether online in web shops, on mobile devices, unattended kiosks or in physical outlets with terminals. Our development teams are working on a variety of projects ranging from big data systems to dedicated merchant integrations. We’re driven by constantly improving the customer experience and enhancing the customer journey to satisfy our customers and consumers. We’re using the latest technologies and tools.

We seek the best payment experience on the market for our customers. We use Scrum processes to organize our teams in multiple countries. As we’re disruptors of the payment market we’re constantly pushing our solutions into new areas.

Tasks
- Ultimately, you are responsible for a valuable and viable product.
- You set an inspiring vision, strategy and metrics for your product on which you create buy-in and alignment throughout the organization. Furthermore, you help distribute your knowledge within the organization to ensure the product awareness of everyone.
- You understand markets, competition and user requirements in depth.
- You are goal oriented. You define and communicate transparently the product and sprint goals collaborating with the product team, developers and other stakeholders.
- You are an articulate and persuasive communicator, both as a writer and a speaker, as stakeholder management is a crucial part of your daily work.
- You have a constant and dedicated focus on our customers. It includes managing customer expectations. You are able to understand the customers, challenge their requests and separate the needs from the wants\*\*.\*\*
- You work with the team in short iterations in a lightweight Scrum environment shaped by the team and you therefore need to have an understanding of agile methodologies, practices, and frameworks.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive product management experience, combined with experience of agile software development.
- A proven track record of product launches where you have taken a product from idea to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions and steering technical implementation discussions.
- It would be great if you have experience in the payment industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain the business value of seemingly technical concepts to a nontechnical audience. As we are an international company with the main language being English, you should be fluent.
- A proven ability to drive change across an organization.
- You are a strong team player.
