Tasks
You will work closely with our Founder & CEO, assisting in advancing various strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will focus on te followingh areas:
**Go-to-Market Support for Romandie (20%)**:

- Translate and localize the website and app content into French to effectively target the audience in Romandie.
- Support the adaptation of marketing materials and campaigns for the French-speaking market.
- Conduct market analysis to identify regional needs and characteristics to optimize market entry strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging for the Romandie region.

**Partner & Customer Success in Romandie (40%)**:

- Coordinate and set up new partner locations, particularly laboratories, to ensure a smooth launch process.
- Plan and deliver training sessions and onboarding for partner teams, including the creation of French-language training materials.
- Support partners in day-to-day operations and address operational questions.
- Ensure quality control and management within the medical context.
- Systematically collecting customer feedback and collaborating with various teams to improve our services.

**Additional Responsibilities (40%)**:

- Support the implementation of business strategies.
- Assist in administrative tasks across key departments, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Medical.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a backup within the team as needed.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International/General Management, Health Sciences or similar
- 1-2 years of professional experience (internships included).
- Fluency in French and English is required, with French tailored to the Swiss Romandie region; German skills are a plus.
- Open to travel, particularly to the Romandie region, as required for the role.
- A self-driven, detail-oriented, and precise working style with great problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- A willingness to go the extra mile and a can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
