Zur Verstärkung unseres Verkaufsteams suchen wir per 1. April oder nach Vereinbarung eine kommunikationsstarke, neugierige und verkaufsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Sales Manager.
Deine Herausforderung- Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen: Weiterentwicklung unserer Key Accounts und Ketten im Gastronomiebereich.
- Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse: Beobachtung und Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
- Strategische Planung und Umsetzung: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Gewinnung von Neukunden.
- Verantwortung für Umsatz- und Ertragssteigerung: Realisierung von Zielen durch gezielte Massnahmen und professionelle Verhandlungsführung.
- Enger Austausch mit internen und externen Partnern: Effiziente Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Teams und Partnern zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele.
- Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen: Planung und Durchführung von verkaufsfördernden Aktionen und Initiativen.
- Kundenbesuche vor Ort: Regelmässige Reisetätigkeit schweizweit (ca. 80 %), um Kunden vor Ort zu betreuen und die Kundenbindung zu stärken.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung: Studium an einer Hotelfachschule oder im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management, vorzugsweise im Foodservice-Bereich. Grundausbildung in der Gastro- /Hotel-Branche von Vorteil.
- Starke Verhandlungskompetenzen und Kundenorientierung: Fähigkeit, überzeugend zu verhandeln und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung gegenüber Kunden.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch als Muttersprache, verhandlungssichere Französischkenntnisse sowie gute mündliche Englischkenntnisse.
- Flexibilität und hohe Reisebereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Reisen und die Fähigkeit, sowohl im Office und Homeoffice als auch vor Ort effizient zu arbeiten.
- Unternehmerisches Denken: Eigeninitiative, ein unternehmerisches und wachstumsorientiertes Mindset und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
Diese Position beinhaltet regelmässige Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz (ca. 80%). Ein Firmenwagen wird zur Verfügung gestellt.
