Mission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global E-Commerce Content and Activation Manager to lead and execute our E-Commerce content strategy and activation plans globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, with a proven track record in driving e-commerce performance through content excellence and activation initiatives. You will play a critical role in enhancing our brand’s digital presence, optimizing online customer experiences, and achieving key e-commerce KPIs.

This role presents an opportunity for those interested in piloting and managing tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud as it offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools that are crucial for driving e-commerce success in a global luxury brand.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Global Editorial Calendar Management
    1. Develop and implement a global e-commerce content strategy aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
    2. Manage content calendars, ensuring timely updates in line with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal trends.
    3. Handle content requests from regional teams and ensure that they align with the overall Marketing strategy.
  2. E-commerce Activations and Performance
    1. Develop and execute global e-commerce activation plans, including Marketing campaigns, product launches, and special events, to drive online traffic and conversion.
    2. Work closely with regional teams to adapt global activation strategies to local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
    3. Provide performance reports and structured feedback on the effectiveness of those activations, with Google Analytics and ContentSquare to track and report on e-business and content performance.
    4. Collaborate closely with the media department to ensure that e-commerce content and activation efforts are aligned with overall media strategies.
    5. Work together to optimize digital campaigns, ensuring maximum ROAS through targeted media placements and strategic content delivery.
  3. Customer Experience Enhancement
    1. Work with the e-merchandiser to drive innovation by proposing new features and content to enhance customer experience.
    2. Develop and promote a strong online, data-driven approach within the team to optimize e-commerce performance.
    3. Continuously benchmark the website's experience and conversion enablers against competitors and other industries to identify best practices and opportunities for enhancement.
  4. Hard and Soft Skills
    1. Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    2. Previous notable experience in e-commerce content management and activation, preferably within the luxury or premium goods sector.
    3. Proven track record in driving e-commerce KPIs through content strategy and digital activation.
    4. Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer experience in the digital space.
    5. Proficient in content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
    6. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across global teams.
    9. Fluency in French and English a must; additional language skills are a plus.
