We are looking for an Internal Communication Manager 80% based at our global headquarter and biotech production site in Geneva. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you play a pivotal role in fostering employee engagement, strengthening internal communication, and executing memorable events aligned with OM Pharma’s culture and values.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Develop creative concepts for events that enhance employee engagement.
  • Manage communication channels, including newsletters, email updates, and TV screens, ensuring consistency and alignment across all functions and regions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our intranet, ensuring that all content is updated and relevant.
  • Partner with HR and Leadership to design initiatives that foster and promote a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Plan, organize, and execute internal corporate events and social events, managing effectively budgets, timelines, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with External Communication.

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Communication, Journalism, or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications and events management.
  • Experience in an international corporate environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German or Spanish is an asset.
  • Excellent command of communication tools such as Office-Suite, CMS, Canva, and video creation tools.
  • Proficiency in video editing and visual content creation.
  • Ability to create impactful and engaging messages and content.

You describe yourself as a dynamic and creative thinker with excellent communication skills, who thrives in a flexible and fast-paced environment. You are well organized, with the ability to set clear priorities and work efficiently while maintaining a service-oriented approach. You act proactively in identifying and resolving issues, streamlining information flow, and supporting team needs. A strong team player, you feel comfortable working across global and local contexts, with a willingness to embrace change and continuously learn.
