About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance professional to oversee the establishment and maintenance of solid governance within our Compliance unit.

This role requires strong leadership and strategic skills, as well as excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain robust governance processes, ensuring alignment with our Governance framework and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead the development of Compliance reports, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external Regulatory bodies.
  3. Support the Compliance COO in budgeting and organisational processes, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  4. Partner with the Compliance Management team to enhance communication, drive collaboration, and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Act as Business Risk manager, driving alignment with internal policies and guidelines.
