Our focus is on the wholesale industry, where labor shortages and repetitive tasks create significant challenges. We’re solving this by fully automating data entry into legacy ERP systems and more. Imagine a world where tedious tasks like processing unstructured data, responding to customer inquiries, and manually entering information into systems are handled seamlessly by AI.
We’re building theworld’s first Automated Workspace Platform (AWP) with our AI-powered teammate. Our AI teammate takes on the repetitive work—like processing orders and supplier notes—so teams can focus on the meaningful, high-value tasks that drive businesses forward.

Your role
Be in charge of our growth strategy and execute it with passion.
We have highly ambitious business goals for the next 6–12 months, and we are looking for somebody to rock the numbers and set up the path for success in the Swiss, German, and Austrian markets. As a business developer, you will define together with the founders the growth strategy and execute it with passion. You will analyse markets and come up with new ideas on how to make our product even better than what we have currently. In your role, you will translate new and old customer needs to our tech team.
- Managing our CRM and business pipeline.
- Do direct sales by actively reaching out to new & old leads and turning them into customers.
- Speak with customers and use customer feedback to further refine our product.
- Come up with potential product design ideas and validate those with customer & market
- Actively analyze the market and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the founding team to validate product strategy, development strategy and go-to-market strategy.
- Close customer deals, test our pricing strategy and evolve it further.
Your profile
We define ourselves by a culture of ownership and cooperation. We are looking for driven, capable, visionary, and prudent talents with a strong emphasis on technology and a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievement.
- You have an undergraduate degree in business from a top-tier university, MA/MSc/MBA is a plus;
- You have a long-held interest in technology, both personally and professionally;
- C2 Swiss-German/German speaking skills are a must, with great English-speaking (oral and written) abilities. Speaking French is a big plus.
- Is a scrappy hustler who prides themselves on creative, clever outreach.
- Extremely ambitious and always looking to improve processes.
- Has a strong intuition for PR.
- Is looking for a ton of autonomy, growth, and impact.
- Is somebody that took initiatives in the past to change or hack a system.
- Prior experience in sales, customer relations, or account management is preferred but not required. At the end of the day, we’re looking for conviction that we can trust you to pound communication channels while also treating our clients exceptionally well.
