For our Finance & Controlling division, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to strengthen the budgeting, forecasting, and performance management in Zurich.
What would your role be?
- Manage monthly closing process within Controlling, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Lead preparation of monthly financial performance reports and reviews for the Executive Board.
- Drive group-wide forecasting, financial reviews, and ad hoc business analysis/cases.
- Support the budgeting process and mid-term planning for the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Business Controlling, MIS, and Investor Relations on selective projects.
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the field of banking.
- Strong understanding of finance, controlling, and accounting operations and processes.
- Strong skills in Excel.
- Knowledge of the financial industry, in particular asset management or wealth management.
- Precise, structured, and independent working style.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
