For our Finance & Controlling division we are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to strengthen the budgeting, forecasting and performance management in Zurich.

What would your role be?

  • Manage monthly closing process within Controlling, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

  • Lead preparation of monthly financial performance reports and reviews for the Executive Board.

  • Drive group-wide forecasting, financial reviews, and ad hoc business analysis/cases.

  • Support the budgeting process and mid-term planning for the organization.

  • Collaborate closely with Accounting, Business Controlling, MIS, and Investor Relations on selective projects.

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the field of banking.

  • Strong understanding of finance, controlling and accounting operations and processes.

  • Strong skills in Excel.

  • Knowledge of the financial industry, in particular asset management or wealth management.

  • Precise, structured and independent working style.

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
