Stellenbeschreibung
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von langfristigen Beziehungen zu externen Vermögensverwaltern (EAMs) in der Schweiz.
- Unterstützung der EAMs bei der Entwicklung von Investmentlösungen und strategischer Vermögensallokation, die den individuellen Bedürfnissen der Endkunden gerecht werden.
- Proaktive Beratung der EAMs zu den umfassenden Bankdienstleistungen, einschließlich Anlageprodukte, Finanzierungslösungen und digitaler Plattformen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, wie Produktentwicklung, Compliance und Operations, um einen reibungslosen Service für die EAMs sicherzustellen.
- Verantwortung für die Erreichung von Geschäfts- und Ertragszielen durch die Stärkung bestehender Beziehungen und Akquise neuer Partnerschaften.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben und interner Standards bei allen Aktivitäten.
Anforderungsprofil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Relationship Management im Bereich EAM
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Finanzprodukten, Wealth Management und den spezifischen Anforderungen unabhängiger Vermögensverwalter.
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen sowie Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erkennen und umzusetzen.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, kombiniert mit einer kundenorientierten Denkweise.
- Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen im Schweizer Finanzmarkt.
- Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch oder andere Sprachen von Vorteil.
