Ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:


  • Offrirai aiuto all'assistenza clienti di 1st e 2nd Level o al team Workplace Solution quando avranno bisogno di supporto nel quadro di analisi approfondite.
  • Metterai a frutto il tuo know-how tecnico e la tua profonda conoscenza del sistema operativo di Windows nelle operazioni di localizzazione, delimitazione ed eliminazione dei malfunzionamenti.
  • Avendo familiarità con Windows, aiuterai il team Engineering a ottimizzare la fornitura dei clienti e a garantire il passaggio a Intune.
  • Sarai corresponsabile delle attività operative, della relativa documentazione, della gestione del ciclo di vita e delle modifiche e collaborerai all'implementazione di nuovi sistemi operativi e delle relative funzionalità.
  • Usando PowerShell o un linguaggio di programmazione ad alto livello, creerai tool volti a ottimizzare le operazioni d'installazione e monitoraggio dei clienti.
  • Parteciperai attivamente a progetti IT e allo sviluppo nel nostro team, contribuendo fortemente anche ai processi di miglioramento continuo e garanzia della qualità. Tra i tuoi compiti ci sarà anche quello di creare casi di test.

Le tue competenze:


  • Hai concluso una formazione informatica (AFC o SSS) e hai alle spalle diversi anni di esperienza professionale nell'ambito del Windows Client Engineering.
  • Come richiesto da questa posizione, hai una profonda conoscenza del sistema operativo di Windows, del cloud Azure, di Intune e familiarità con la creazione di script.
  • Hai inoltre conoscenze legate alla programmazione di piccoli tool con C# o un altro linguaggio di programmazione.
  • Vanti spiccate competenze analitiche e concettuali, lavori in modo strutturato e dimostri una rapida capacità di comprensione.
  • Sei esigente rispetto al tuo lavoro e ti contraddistingui per un forte spirito di squadra.
  • Hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, del tedesco e inglese.
  • Sei flessibile e disponibile a spostarti regolarmente a Zollikofen/Berna per lavorare sul posto ai sistemi di test.
