Aufgaben Kompetente Beratung und Verkauf von Originalersatzteilen sowie weiteren Produkten und Dienstleistungen Telefonische Entgegennahme von Kundenbestellungen Identifizierung von Original-Ersatzteilen mit den aktuellen Original-Ersatzeilkatalogen Klärung von Verfügbarkeiten mit Lieferanten und Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen über unser Lieferantennetz Kurzfristige Organisation von Ersatzteilen Mitverantwortlich für die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs des Tagesgeschäfts Kontrolle und Überwachung der offenen Bestellungen und Rückständen, inkl. Koordination dieser an das Team Stellvertretung des CSC-Leiters, zum Beispiel bei Abwesenheit betreffend Ferien und Projektarbeiten Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung im CSC-Team sowie Arbeitsplanung und Koordination Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Abläufe im CSC OE-Parts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter CSC Teilnahme an Projektarbeiten zur Unterstützung und Förderung des stark wachsenden nationalen OE-Parts Geschäftes Mitmoderation von internen OE-Parts Schulungen Qualifikation Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Automobilbranche, idealerweise als Detailhandelsfachmann/-frau EFZ; eine kaufmännische Weiterbildung ist von Vorteil Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch- und Italienischkenntnisse sind ein Plus Erfahrung im Verkauf oder in der Verkaufsabwicklung Gute PC und Office Anwenderkenntnisse Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung aus Du kommunizierst offen, klar und konstruktiv Hohe Eigeninitiative, Lösungs- und Teamorientiert Benefits Ein bewährtes, kollegiales und werteorientiertes Mitarbeiterumfeld mit flachen Hierarchien Eine verantwortungsvolle, interessante und selbständige Arbeit mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum Eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit und die Möglichkeit, sich weiterzuentwickeln Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen Förderungen von interner und externer Weiterbildung Als Marktführer bieten wir ambitionierten Menschen attraktive Karrieremöglichkeiten und unternehmerischen Gestaltungsspielraum.
