Your Growth

You’ll work as a Digital Technology Consultant in Geneva or Zurich. This group brings together the best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses.

As part of this group, you’ll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. You’ll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related technical fields with an outstanding record of academic achievement.
  • Internships or first work experience, ideally in an area with exposure to technological topics (software engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT architecture, agile, transformation, etc.).
  • Strong interest to explore the breadth of technology-related topics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) and in English.
